Phone Consultations
Our doctors are all available to provide phone consultations as well as face-to-face consultations.
Eligibility criteria apply for Medicare rebates on phone consultations, including the requirement of having had a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months. Payment for the consultation must be made in full on the day. For more details, please contact our friendly reception staff.

Our friendly reception team will triage all phone calls for COVID-19/respiratory symptoms.

Please have a negative COVID test before visiting the clinic if you have any of the following symptoms:

Face masks are required for patients with cold or flu symptoms to reduce the spread to others including staff members. Please wear your own.
